I began my journey in information technology during the early days of the internet in Turkey, when Linux was a frontier and security was an afterthought. Over three decades, I've watched threats evolve from simple scripts to nation-state APTs — and I've stayed one step ahead.
Today, as Chief Information Security Officer at NSC Bilişim, I lead enterprise security strategy, direct penetration testing operations, and architect comprehensive information security programs for organizations across Turkey and the region.
My dual role as a TSE-certified Senior Penetration Testing Expert and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor gives me a unique perspective: I understand how attackers think, and I use that knowledge to build defenses that work in the real world.
Beyond my day job, I'm passionate about open-source security tools. My GitHub hosts 18+ projects — from Active Directory security analyzers to SIEM reporting tools — all built to solve problems I've encountered in the field.
